Cleanse the skin thoroughly and ensure the eye area is completely dry.
Using the applicator, apply a thin line of serum along the base of the upper lash line only, as you would apply liquid eyeliner. Do not apply to the lower lash line. Allow approximately 90 seconds for the serum to dry before applying any other skincare or makeup. Use once daily for best results.
