What to Avoid
Active skincare products such as retinols, exfoliating acids or scrubs until the skin has fully settled.
Direct sun exposure following treatment, as the skin will be more sensitive to UV damage.
Excessive heat, including saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for 24–48 hours after treatment.
Strenuous exercise for the first 24–48 hours, which may increase redness or sensitivity within the skin.
