Hand Rejuvenation
Hand Rejuvenation is performed to address the common signs of ageing on the backs of the hands including visible veins/tendons, volume loss, pigmented sun-spots and crepey skin. Our approach uses a strategic combination of regenerative injectables (such as Radiesse and polynucleotides) along with energy-based device treatments such as Morpheus8 for collagen stimulation, and MOXI / BBL for pigmentation and skin-tone improvement.

What areas can be treated?
Hands
What conditions can Hand Rejuventation treat?
Pigmentation
One of the most common causes of this altered pigmentation is exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun. The UV rays can stimulate melanin production, leading to age spots/sunspots, tanning, or an uneven skin tone
Loss of volume
To soften visible anatomy and restore a youthful fullness.
Hand Rejuventation Aftercare
What to Avoid
Touching or massaging the treated area unless instructed.
Alcohol for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
Strenuous exercise, saunas, and steam rooms for 24-48 hours, which can worsen swelling.
Active skincare products (acids, retinoids) for 24 hours post-treatment.
Comfort and Recovery Tips
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur for 2-5 days. Over-the-counter antihistamines or anti-inflammatories can help.
Avoid pressure on treated areas for 48 hours.
Results are immediate, with full collagen-stimulating effects developing over 4-6 weeks. Longevity can exceed 12-18 months, but varies based on treatment area, lifestyle, and individual factors.
FAQs
For more general enquiries, please take a look at some of our frequently asked questions.
Who is a good candidate?
This treatment suits men or women who:
- Have visible signs of ageing hands: volume loss, prominent veins/tendons, sun-spots, skin crepiness.
- Have good general health, realistic expectations and a commitment to sun-protection and aftercare. Less suitable if you have uncontrolled medical conditions affecting skin healing, very deep varicose veins on hands (rare but possible), or recent heavy manual trauma to the hands.
What to expect & results?
- Immediately after: Slight plumping of the back of the hand, possible redness or mild swelling from injections or device heat.
- Within 1–2 weeks: Noticeable softening of visible veins/tendons, improved skin feel, early pigment fading starts.
- Over 6–12 weeks: Collagen remodelling leads to firmer skin, improved texture; sun-spots and pigmented lesions fade; overall appearance looks younger, smoother and more even-toned.
- Long-term: With maintenance, many clients maintain results 12-18 months or more depending on starting condition and sun-exposure habits.
Is there any downtime?
Very little. Most patients can return to normal daily activities immediately. Mild bruising or redness may last 24-48 hours; if a pigment-device treatment is used, small brown spots may darken for a few days before flaking/ fading. Manual heavy work with the hands should be avoided on the day of treatment for comfort.
