In April 2026 Gathered asked several experts how to treat 'turkey neck' and crepey skin on the chest, from skincare and lifestyle changes to clinic treatments.
For skincare, Dr Ed recommended Obagi Elastiderm Neck & Décolleté Concentrate, which combines a Bi-Mineral Contour Complex, a smoothing retinoid and brightening alpha-arbutin for firmer-looking skin on the neck and décolleté.
For treatment, he recommended combining BroadBand Light (BBL) with MOXI laser.
“These treatments deliver a blend of tightening, smoothing, pigmentation correction and long-term collagen stimulation.”

The skin on the neck and chest is thin and often sun-damaged, so crepiness and pigmentation tend to appear together. BBL targets redness and brown pigment, while MOXI gently resurfaces to improve texture and fine lines; combining them treats both. Daily SPF and medical-grade skincare help keep results. Our guide to BBL vs MOXI explains how the two compare.
Exercises can tone the muscles underneath, but they do not tighten loose skin or replace lost collagen. That needs collagen-stimulating treatments or medical-grade skincare.
