About your deposit
- When you book, we take a deposit: £100, or £50 for a skin consultation with one of our skin specialists.
- It holds your place. If you cancel or move your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, we keep it.
- While you have appointments booked with us, we keep one deposit on file. You pay for each visit in clinic, and your deposit carries over to your next appointment.
- When you have no more appointments booked, we refund it or put it towards your last treatment.
- The consultation fee is separate and isn’t taken off the cost of treatment.
Deposits paid for our Harley Street clinic are always non-refundable, even with 48 hours’ notice.

How to find us
Getting to our Hale clinic
Unit 3 The Courtyard, 283 Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA14 3NG.
By car: The clinic is within a short drive of Manchester city centre and easily accessible via the M56, M60 and M6. There’s parking immediately outside the clinic; please park to the right as you enter the Courtyard.
By train: Altrincham is on the Metrolink tram network and is also served by Northern Rail, approx. 30 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly. The clinic is about 15 to 20 minutes on foot from Hale station.
By air: Manchester Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the clinic. Taxis, Uber and car hire are readily available at the terminal.

Dr Ed Robinson consults at 104 Harley Street on a regular Friday schedule, offering injectable treatments. Consulting hours: Fridays, 11am to 6pm.
By Tube or taxi: Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street stations are about 5 minutes’ walk away, and Oxford Circus and Bond Street (Elizabeth line) about 15 minutes. Harley Street is inside the Congestion Charge zone, so the Tube or a taxi is usually easiest.
